Before you commit to the full migration/sponsorship process and pay the sponsorship and nomination fees, we conduct a comprehensive audit of your business and the proposed role. This fixed-fee auditing service de-risks your investment by identifying any potential issues upfront prior to you paying the sponsorship and nomination application fees. Further details below.

Migration Readiness Audit
The Migration Readiness Audit is our low-cost, high-value, and low-commitment entry point for SMEs who are new to the hiring of skilled migrant workers and to using Australia’s migration system as a human resource strategy to navigate skills shortages. We have introduced this service to directly counteract the paralysis of initiation experienced by hiring managers which stems from the unknown, the speculative and the hearsay relating to migration.
The Migration Readiness Audit is a deep-dive into the business factors which must be reviewed in order for a company to attain sponsorship status and to nominate an occupation – the difference is that under the Migration Readiness Audit, we undertake the assessment of these factors BEFORE the business has fully committed and fully financially invested in the sponsorship pathway.
Best of all, the Migration Readiness Audit fee is 100% fully credited toward your final service plan if you proceed with Service Plan 1 or 2 within 30 days of the published audit*.
Following the audit the business is provided with the Migration Readiness Audit Report clearly detailing the businesses position, any identified risks the business should be aware of prior to committing to undertake the recruitment strategy.
