9.1. You may request details of personal information that we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Visa Advisory Australia will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a hard copy of your Personal Information as well as for the retrieval of hardcopy files from visa applications. 9.2. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act.

10.1. It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
